Food Safety and HACCP for food handlers Level 1 e-learning course is designed for general food Workers in Hotels, Formal & Fast-Food Restaurants, Industrial & Institutional, Healthcare, Airline, travel catering establishments and Food Retail outlets.

Under E.C. Regulation No. 852 /2004 food handlers are required to be supervised and instructed and/or trained in hygiene matters. The aim of this course is to provide food workers with adequate training in the basic principles of food safety. The course consists of 3 to 4 hours tuition and assessment in each section and is in accordance with Food Safety Authority of Ireland`s guide to Food Safety Training at Level 1. On completion of the course successful participants are awarded Level 1 in Food safety and HACCP certificate.

Course can be accessed 24/7 for 90 days from subscription. A digital certificate will be emailed upon successful completion of the course.

Who should do this training?

Course outlines skills employees must be able to demonstrate before they start handling food and skills those must be demonstrated within one month of starting to work.

Food safety and HACCP Level 2 e-learning course is designed for general food workers in Hotels, Formal & Fast-Food Restaurants, Industrial & Institutional, healthcare, Airline, travel catering establishments and Food Retail outlets.

Under E.C. Regulation No. 852/2004, food handlers are required to be supervised and instructed and/or trained in hygiene matters. The aim of this course is to provide food workers with training in accordance with Food Safety Authority`s guide to training at Level 2. The course consists of 6-8 hours of learning with assessment in each section and final assessment the end of the course. On completion of the course by achieving pass grade, participants are awarded Food safety and HACCP certificate.

Course can be accessed 24/7 for 60 days from subscription. A digital certificate will be emailed upon successful completion of the course.

Who should do this training?

Employees working 3-6 months in a high-risk area and 6-12 months in a low-risk area.
