Food safety and HACCP Level 2 e-learning Course is designed for general food workers in Hotels, Formal & Fast Food Restaurants, Industrial & Institutional, healthcare, Airline, travel catering establishments and Food Retail outlets.

Under E.C. Regulation No. 852/2004, food handlers are required to be supervised and instructed and/or trained in hygiene matters .The aim of this course is to provide food workers with training in accordance with Food Safety Authority`s guide to training at Level 2. The course consists of 6-8 hours of learning with assessment in each section and final assessment the end of the course. On completion of the course by achieving pass grade, participants are awarded Food safety and HACCP certificate.

Course can be accessed 24/7 for 60 days from subscription. A digital certificate will be emailed upon successful completion of the course.
